Frustration and the many ways to deal with it

It has been too long since the last time I have written anything that was meaningful. Don't know if it is because of writers block, lack of motivation or just lack of... Me. I feel upset and frustrated all the time and I can't exactly pinpoint why.
often I take long walks to try to clear my head but it feels like I only cloud it more. My friend Marilyn told me " you think too much and that causes you to have anxiety over things that aren't even there". So I have been trying to work my recovery steps.. Oh ya thats right, you don't kow that I am in recovery. So recently I have went to jail and took abunch of recovery classes to better myself once I have gotten out. I forget that these are things that you must go over every day for them to fully take effect on my life. So while working my steps I do things that I enjoy: working out, cooking, Mt bike riding; to just make me comfortable enough to open my mind and take a step in the positive direction. These are ways I have kept my frustration at bay long enough to understand why. Maybe it will work for you?
